Vaseal is the founder of FTC. Her military background has honed her leadership abilities, enabling her to run an organized and efficient business. Her experience in the healthcare Information Technology industry enables her to identify key business opportunities and develop courses of action to enhance organizational operations and improve business processes. She provides the mission, vision, goals, and overall strategic objectives for FTC. Vaseal is accountable and responsible for the financial, operational and daily operations and activities of FTC.
Vaseal earned a Master of Science in Counseling from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington, a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL , and a Master of Divinity and Master of Art Christian Education from Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA and skillfully applies her knowledge and experience in overseeing FTC.
Prior to founding FTC, Vaseal served 30 years in the United States Army where some of her positions included; Chief Information Officer/Director of Information Management for the Army Surgeon General; Program Manager, Tri-Service Infrastructure Program Office; Chief Information Officer (CIO), North Atlantic Regional Medical Command; Chief Information Officer, Walter Reed Army Medical Center; Director Information Management, Womack Army Medical Center; CIO, Martin Army Community Hospital; and CIO, Gorgas Army Community Hospital.
Ben is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a BS in Accounting. He also has additional undergraduate studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Prior to joining FTC, Ben worked at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor. Subsequently, Ben managed an accounting and consulting firm. His primary focuses there were accounting and finance functions.
Chief Delivery Officer
As FTC’s Chief Delivery Officer, Tom oversees all contracts related to IT service, Enterprise Architecture, Server Engineering, software development and migration, and customer support. Tom applies a wealth of management and technical expertise that has been acquired from over 20 years of Government contracting, primarily at SDVOSB and 8(a) small businesses.
Before FTC, Tom was at ProSphere, and prior to that he worked as a government contractor for small companies managing contract transitions, operations, engineering and architecture projects for numerous agencies, including Veterans Affairs (VA), DoD, DoS, FBI, DOI, DOT, Agriculture, DOE, and DoEd. During his career he has performed as a software developer, Server and Network Engineer, Enterprise Architect, Project/Program Manager, and Vice President. The technical skills acquired during his career have enabled him to manage and communicate complex IT designs and programs to all levels of contractor support personnel, as well as, executives within the company, and all levels of Government management (CIO, CTO, SES, etc).
Chief Growth Officer
Mark has a Master of Project Management credential from Villanova University and attended University of Maryland, College Park. Mark holds over 10 active professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Expert, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Prior to joining FTC, Mark gained 20 years of professional Information Technology federal government contracting experience through service to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, Department of Navy, Department of Air Force - Air Mobility Command, Department of State, Food & Drug Administration, Smithsonian Institution, and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Mark has a diverse background of executive leadership, project/program delivery and business development for large, mid-sized and small firms including: Vangent (GDIT), DRC (Engility), and SRA (CSRA).
Chief Technology Officer
Don holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University in New York with a minor in Engineering as well as his PMP from the PMI Institute. He is also trained in CMMI for Development and Services in addition to ITIL.
Prior to joining FTC, Don served as the Vice President of Technology Services and Support at Planned Systems International where one of his key initiatives was designing, implementing and overseeing PSI’s cloud services. Don founded SGS Partners, Inc., a financial and technical services consulting firm focused on providing senior leadership services to small and mid-sized corporations. He also held positions as CTO of Pedestal, Inc. and CIO of SunTrust Equitable Securities, the Investment Banking Division of SunTrust Bank, Inc. Don has overseen projects for Barclays de Zoete Wedd's Money Market and Foreign Exchange Division and Republic National Bank of New York's Global Treasury, Mortgage Processing and Credit Systems divisions. Prior to Don's civilian career he served as an Armor officer in the United States Army.
