September 24, 2018 – The Air Force Medical Service Defense Institute for Medical Operations (DIMO) has awarded Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) its long-standing Mission Support Program Services contract within the Global Health Management Division. DIMO is a dual-service agency comprised of Air Force and Navy personnel committed to providing world class, globally-focused, healthcare education and training to partners around the world.
Under this $7.5M, 5-year task, FTC will be providing Advisory and Assistance Services to the DIMO Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in an effort that will include curriculum writing and database management. A key component of this work is providing translation and interpretation support for educational and healthcare courses in Europe and Africa covering topics from HIV/AIDS and Gender-Based Violence to Executive Healthcare Resource Management.
FTC’s portfolio of services encompasses the full spectrum of Health IT support for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Health and Human Services, and Department of Defense (DoD), including the Defense Health Agency. This win not only extends FTC’s portfolio to a new agency within DoD, but will also deepen FTC’s expertise within the Federal Health domain from the vantage point of advisory services and training that extends to international healthcare education.
