March 14, 2018 – The Defense Health Agency awarded FTC the US Family Health Plan (USFHP) Data Support Services contract. This 5-year program will provide information technology support, data warehousing, and data processing to the Military Health System (MHS) in support of USFHP Designated Providers (DP) nationwide.
FTC will establish a USFHP business intelligence ecosystem to enable DHA program managers to evaluate quality of care, utilization, and accessibility at the point of service for each episode of care. “The USFHP is an integral component of the MHS continuum of care by providing key community choice to eligible beneficiaries,” said Monica Rosser, Senior Vice President of Business Development for FTC. “FTC and our partners are excited about the use of cloud-based clinical analytics to directly promote the MHS Quadruple Aim and support the USFHP’s transition towards value based care.”
