December, 2018 –
FTC is proud to share that it has successfully re-appraised at Maturity Level 3 (ML3) for Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)-Services. The appraisal was conducted by MD Maturity.
As over 80% of the world’s corporate, non-profit and government businesses are services-based, CMMI Institute rated organizations are those that exhibit a demonstrated commitment to elevating their performance by providing the highest possible standards of quality to customers and end-users. Designated CMMI-SVC organizations have a rigorous yet flexible framework, top service delivery and efficiency, optimized capacity utilization and, ultimately, excellent customer satisfaction. Having the CMMI rating gives FTC customers confidence that we have the people, processes, and technology in place to consistently deliver quality services.
The Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) Class A assessment is the most rigorous review in the CMMI appraisal process and involves a thorough and detailed evaluation of a company’s standards, procedures and institutionalized best practices to ensure that CMMI’s high standards of quality have continued to be met and maintained. Having received its initial CMMI-SVC Maturity 3 level rating in its first SCAMPI A review in 2016, FTC’s recent renewal proves the company’s deep commitment to excellence continues to remain strong.
“FTC is dedicated to process improvement and excellence in delivery,” commented FTC Founder CEO Vaseal Montgomery. “Successfully renewing this rating demonstrates our continual commitment to delivering high quality services.”
