We were named a Top Workplace by The Washington Post!
In June, 2019, FTC was named one of The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area in the Small Business category, and we couldn't be prouder! Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
To us, this win evidences the high morale of our engaged and vested employee family. Our employees feel a deep connection to the FTC corporate culture and know that they are stakeholders in its continued success.
